Let Leicester and Spurs entertain you

Having seen their matches against Rennes and Brighton & Hove Albion postponed, Tottenham are scheduled to return to action against Leicester on Thursday.
With the severity of the club’s Covid-19 outbreak unknown, it’s still unclear exactly which players are fit and available for the trip to the King Power Stadium.
Needless to say, that complicates the task of bettors. But as the game looks set to go ahead, we can safely assume the situation at Spurs has improved significantly from last week.
Antonio Conte will be keen for his team to get back out there as soon as possible. They’d already played two games fewer than their rivals for fourth place when the midweek round began. Conte won’t want to fall too far behind in the schedule.
Spurs have taken 10 points from a possible 12 under their new manager. Qualifying for the Champions League is a realistic target again, with our traders giving them a 20% chance of finishing in the top four.

Brendan Rodgers' side have only kept two clean sheets all season.
Leicester continue search for consistency
Leicester have only registered back-to-back wins in the Premier League once this season. Their inconsistency has left them six points adrift of the top four, but a 4-0 thrashing of Newcastle United on Sunday was arguably the Foxes’ most complete performance of the campaign.
James Maddison was the star of the show against the Magpies, as the attacking midfielder notched his third goal in his last four appearances.
Maddison is playing with confidence right now and looks good value to find the net anytime at a price of 3.35.
Leicester will look to make a fast start against opponents who will be short of match sharpness. Spurs haven’t played in almost two weeks, whereas Brendan Rodgers’ side have contested two matches since then.
Leicester have scored in the first half of their last six games in all competitions. Our traders price them at 2.8 to be winning at half-time on Thursday.
Attacks could come out on top
Leicester may have shut out Newcastle at the weekend, but clean sheets have been elusive for most of the season.
Indeed, the one they kept on Sunday was Leicester’s first since the opening weekend. Prior to that win, the Foxes shipped two goals each to Watford, Southampton and Aston Villa – all of whom are in the bottom half of the table.
Even if Tottenham are missing some of their regular starters, they have enough attacking quality to cause Leicester problems.
The home team will be equally confident of finding the net. Youri Tielemans and the afore-mentioned Maddison are in fine form; Jamie Vardy should be fresh after being rested at the weekend; and Harvey Barnes, one of the most underrated players in the division, is a threat from out wide.
This could be an open and entertaining encounter, so back both teams to score and over 2.5 goals at 2.08.
Recommended bets
Leicester to be winning at half-time at 2.8
Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals at 2.08
