Back Leicester and Liverpool to produce a thriller

Liverpool’s festive calendar suffered further disruption as their Boxing Day match with Leeds was called off, but Jurgen Klopp’s side will hope to regain their good form in Leicester.
The Reds face a side that has lost four of their last five and has specialised in high-scoring matches in recent weeks.
Given the propensity of these two clubs to be involved in thrilling fixtures, odds of 2.1 on there being more than 3.5 goals look attractive.
Foxes are festive thrillers
Leicester played their part in one of the games of the season on Boxing Day as they suffered a 6-3 loss to Manchester City. Trailing 4-0 at the break, Brendan Rodgers' side showed plenty of spirit to draw City back to within a goal before succumbing in the final quarter of the match.
The Foxes might be out of form in terms of results, but they are not a team without both quality and fight.
And they will need to be against Liverpool. Although they overcame the Reds 3-1 at home in February, they have otherwise lost six of their last seven in the Premier League against the Anfield club.
Moreover, an EFL Cup quarter-final played just six days prior to this game will have left its scars. Leicester led 3-0 on that occasion on Merseyside yet squandered that lead to lose on penalties.

Brendan Rodgers' Leicester shared nine goals with Man City on Boxing Day.
Jota and Firmino can shine for Reds
That League Cup fixture was Liverpool’s last outing, meaning Klopp’s side have had 48 bonus hours to overcome their own virus problems and should ensure that much of their squad is fresh to chase a seventh Premier League win in their last eight.
Much attention will inevitably be focused on Mohamed Salah, who scored Liverpool’s consolation in their King Power defeat last term. He had gone four matches against Leicester prior to that without netting, suggesting there are better options on the scoring markets.
Diogo Jota has netted in each his last three games and is priced at 2.02 to make it four in a row by scoring at any time. Roberto Firmino, meanwhile, is on offer at 2.16, having scored three in his last three Premier League games against Leicester.
Goals, goals, goals
Liverpool are understandably hot favourites to win this match, priced at 1.41. Leicester are big 7.8 outsiders and the draw is on offer at 5.6.
Goals, meanwhile, appear likely and can provide better value. Only four of Liverpool’s last 18 Premier League fixtures have produced fewer than 2.5 goals, while 11 of their last 13 have seen the ball hit the net four times.
The Foxes, meanwhile, have similarly only had four league games not to see at least three goals, with eight of their 17 matches producing more.
Odds of 1.43 on over 2.5 goals represents good value, though 2.1 on over 3.5 goals is arguably even better.
Recommended bets:
Over 3.5 goals @ 2.1
Anytime Goalscorer: Diogo Jota @ 2.02
