Another round of European Championship Qualifying is scheduled for Saturday and the likes of Belgium, Portugal, Scotland and Norway are in action. Peter Galindo previews three enticing fixtures.

Norway v Scotland

Kick-off: 5pm Saturday

Scotland enter the weekend on top of Group A and can put a strangehold on an automatic qualifying berth with a win over Norway, who lost to Spain before drawing with Georgia in March.

Suffice it to say that this game is a must-win for Norway at Hampden Park, which Scotland have turned into a fortress under Steve Clarke. The Scots have only suffered one loss here since Euro 2020 – their 3-1 defeat to Ukraine in the World Cup playoff – so it’ll be easier said than done for the visitors to get a positive result.

Norwegian striker Erling Haaland might get on the scoresheet, but Scotland are riding a five-match winning streak at home and backing them to win and both teams to score represents tremendous value.

Prediction: Scotland to win and Both teams to score @ 8.2

Belgium v Austria

Kick-off: 7.45pm Saturday

Austria are top dogs in Group F at the moment but Belgium, led by new coach Domenico Tedesco, could pass them on goal difference with a victory on Saturday.

The 3-0 win over Sweden in March was Tedesco’s first match in charge, which was followed up by a thrilling 3-2 victory versus Germany in a friendly to close out the window.

The high-scoring nature of the two matches under Tedesco, coupled with Austria scoring multiple goals in three straight games, makes this one a tantalising prospect.

Prediction: Belgium to win and Over 2.5 goals @ 2.62

Portugal v Bosnia & Herzegovina

Kick-off: 7.45pm Saturday

Ten goals have been scored by Portugal in the early days of the Roberto Martinez era. Those wins came against Liechtenstein and Luxembourg, so Bosnia and Herzegovina should present a slightly tougher challenge.

Portugal have won their last five games against Bosnia, though, and Cristiano Ronaldo has scored four goals to start his Euro Qualifying campaign. He opened the scoring against Luxembourg and is fancied to repeat the feat in this one.

Prediction: Cristiano Ronaldo first goalscorer @ 2.88
