NFL Playoffs: Brady’s Bucs can take down Eagles

After the two clashes in the NFL on Saturday, there are three wild card games to look forward to in the US on Sunday.

Reigning Super Bowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers managed to land a home game with the Philadelphia Eagles, in a contest that sees master Tom Brady face apprentice Jalen Hurts in Florida.

Philadelphia Eagles (9-8) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (13-4)

Sunday 6.00 PM (UK time)

Match Odds: Eagles 4.4 | Buccaneers 1.29

Tampa Bay will be looking to use their experience and winning momentum to their advantage when they host Philadelphia at Raymond James Stadium on Sunday.

The Bucs welcomed runningbacks Leonard Fournettevani and Giovani Bernard back to practice this week and hope both will feature against Philly.

Philadelphia’s successes this season have come largely from their ground game, with Hurts posing a constant threat on the move.

Stop the running game, then stop the Eagles, and that’s exactly what the Bucs should be able to do on their way deeper into the playoffs.

Tip: Buccaneers with -7.0 pts handicap at 1.78

Patrick Mahomes will be aiming to guide the Chiefs to victory at Arrowhead on Sunday

San Francisco 49ers (10-7) @ Dallas Cowboys (12-5)

Sunday 9.30 PM (UK time)

Match Odds: 49ers 2.48 | Cowboys 1.65

In Texas we might well see the only victory for a road team all weekend as the 49ers head to Dallas on Sunday night.

The Cowboys finished the season with a 6-0 record against their divisional rivals but were somewhat average against teams outside of the NFC East.

San Fran love to run the ball down the middle and the Cowboys rushing defense has left plenty to be desired in recent weeks.

A road win looks to be on the cards for a 49ers team that impressed with a 27-24 away victory at the LA Rams last time out.

Tip: 49ers to win at 2.48

Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) @ Kansas City Chiefs (12-5)

Monday 1.15 AM (UK time)

Match Odds: Steelers 6.8 | Chiefs 1.16

This looks set to be the end of an era as quarterback Ben Roethlisberger takes his Steelers side to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday.

The Steelers scraped their way into the playoffs this season thanks to a 16-13 victory over the Baltimore Ravens last time out but a battle in Kansas City will be a much tougher prospect.

With just one defeat in their last 10 games, the Chiefs are in excellent form heading into the post-season.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes knows what it takes to win a Super Bowl and it looks like the Chiefs star will be the last opposition quarterback to take on the retiring “Big Ben”.

It’s hard to look past the Chiefs in this one with Kansas having the quality in their offense to win this encounter comfortably.

Tip: Chiefs with -11.5 pts handicap at 1.9

Recommended bets:

Buccaneers with -7.0 pts handicap at 1.78

49ers to win at 2.48

Chiefs with -11.5 pts handicap at 1.9
