We could be in store for another thrilling weekend of Premier League action with key games affecting Champions League and relegation.
Here’s our selection of the best bets.
Tottenham v Brighton & Hove Albion
Saturday 16 April, 12:30, BT Sport 1
Tottenham are in pole position in the race for Champions League qualification with north London rivals Arsenal. The Gunners had been in the ascendancy only to go down to two straight defeats, with Spurs galloping past them following four successive wins, starting against Brighton in mid-March.
Antonio Conte’s side are at 1.57 to make it five straight victories. They have been rampant in front of goal, scoring 14 in four games, including nine in their last two and are at 2.44 to score in both halves. Son Heung-Min has been on target six times in three league games, including a hat-trick last time out at Aston Villa and he is at 2.3 to score anytime.
Brighton though won at Arsenal last time out despite the absence of Neal Maupay after taking just one point from the previous seven matches. They have only conceded 17 away goals but it is hard to see them repeat an upset at Spurs given they have scored just three times in eight matches. A draw is at 4.2.
Recommended Bet: Tottenham to score in both halves @ 2.44
Manchester United v Norwich City
Saturday 16 April, 3:00pm
Manchester United are having a turbulent time and could start the match nine points off the top four. Their defeat at struggling Everton last time out was greeted with questions about player mentality and work ethic and they were outworked and outrun by the Toffees. They have a chance to get back on track against the bottom side and are at 1.25 to claim only their second win in seven in all competitions.
Their position this season could have been far worse without Cristiano Ronaldo and he is at 1.46 to score anytime.
Norwich are seven points from safety and on the brink of a return to the Championship. The Canaries have taken four points from their last two games without conceding and they are at 14 to win at Old Trafford with a draw at 6.6. Both teams to score is at 2.
Recommended Bet: Ronaldo to score anytime @ 1.46
Watford v Brentford
Saturday 16 April, 3:00pm
The Hornets are six points from safety and appear set for a return to the second tier. Defeat to Leeds last time out saw them equal their record of nine straight home losses, set in 1971-72. Defeat against the Bees would see them set a new record while they have scored just six goals at home since beating Manchester United on 20 November. They are at 2.94 for the win with a draw at 3.25.
Brentford have been transformed by the arrival of Christian Eriksen and they have won four of their last five games. They thumped Chelsea 4-1 in their last away game and are at 2.6 to complete the double following December’s added-time victory while Brentford to win/both teams to score is at 5.2. Ivan Toney has got six in five games and is at 2.4 to score anytime with Yoane Wissa at 3.15.
Recommended Bet: Brentford win/both teams to score @ 5.2
Recommended bets
Tottenham score in both halves @ 2.44
Ronaldo anytime @ 1.46
Brentford win/BTTS @ 5.2
